Our theatre camps provide a creative outlet and an encouraging environment for our students to learn, play, grow and explore! Students give a final performance at the end of camp and we hope family and friends will come see their fantastic performances and celebrate their hard work and achievements. All camps take place at the Boys & Girls Club’s Kingston Branch stage at 16582 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley.

Summer Theatre Camp

Madagascar, KIDS

Join the musical theatre production of Madagascar Kids and learn about acting, singing, dancing, and stage direction. Join King Julien, Marty, Alex, Gloria, and all your favorite animals for big adventures and an unexpected journey from the New York’s Central Park Zoo to Madagascar with songs like “I Like to Move It” “Best Friends,” “Wild and Free” and lots more. Fees include major costume pieces, script, music, camp t-shirt, and cast party. No audition required. Space is limited, so register early!

Three sessions are available, with options for beginning to advanced actors ages 5+:

Summer Theatre Camp – Stage Crew

Work behind the scenes on the Stage Crew of the summer camp production of Madagascar KIDS. Teens will learn skills related to stage management, set building, props, sound and lights, casting, costuming, and make-up. Class size is limited, so sign up early!
