Check in begins at 5pm for registered guests. Business attire.

Join Us Online

Join us from your own watch party at home and enjoy the livestream of the event at the Hyatt. Registered sponsors will receive meals from the Hyatt delivered by 6:30pm. All viewers can join the livestream at 7:30pm on October 16th. You can view from your phone or tablet, your computer, or watch on your TV by casting from your phone, connecting an HDMI cord from a laptop to your TV, or using your Smart TV’s web browser.

Bid Online

Online bidding is open to everyone! The auction opens October 8th at noon. The silent auction will close at 7:30pm on October 16th. The live auction will pause online bidding at 5:00pm. All further bids in the live auction will take place live in the ballroom at the in-person event. If you need a proxy bidder for the live auction, contact 714-309-4962 or events@bgchv.com. There are hundreds of items in the auction and we know you’ll find something you just have to have!

Sponsor a Child

$1,000 sponsors a child at the Boys & Girls Club for the whole year! You’ll be the hero who gives a child they support they need to have a fantastic year. Every dollar donated helps give kids an amazing experience at the Boys & Girls Club!

Don’t miss your chance to win a $2,000 Amazon gift card! $50 gets you one chance to win. $100 gets you three chances to win. Winner need not be present. Gift card can be mailed or emailed to the winner.
